Duke Kemble

Duke Kemble is one of the Kemble children of Crick's Bend.¹

Biography

Session 5

Temerity named him and Darrel when she joked about having words with whoever had left Henry Kemble to shift the heavy barrels alone.¹ Most of the family were out in the yard or up in the fields that evening, checking on the winter wheat.¹

Duke was introduced to the party at dinner on 28 Coldrise, 1714 PSF, with his brothers.²
